If an item is unable to be found during the pickup period, the buyer must immediately make this known to the seller's auction staff. If the item cannot be found, a refund will be given. No refund requests made after the completion of the pickup will be honored. LATE PICK UP: DUE TO THE INCREASING NUMBER OF LATE PICK UPS, A LATE PICK UP FEE OF $10 PER AUCTION OR $5 PER ITEM, WHICH EVER IS GREATER.
