Bidding will begin on Sunday January 12th and begin to end on Monday January 27th starting at 7:00pm. Lots will close at 2 items per minute and soft close will be in affect.
Preview Date/Time Preview will be Tuesdays 10am-5pm, Wednesdays from 1pm-4pm, and Fridays from 9am-12pm.
Checkout Date/Time Pick-up will be Tuesday January 28th from 10am-5pm Winning bidders can come to pick up their items any time from 10am-5pm. You must bring your own loading help, boxes, supplies, etc. THERE IS NO OTHER PICK UP DAY!

1) All items are sold in as is where is condition. We will do our best to let you know of any flaws with the items, but they are sold as is where is. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or warranties. Assume all items are untested unless they specifically state they are tested. 2) Preview will be Tuesdays from 10am-5pm, Wednesday from 1pm-4pm, and Friday from 9am-12pm. 3) Shipping is available on items that fit in a flat rate box for a $10 per item packaging fee plus the actual cost of shipping. It is a slow service. All packages will be insured all claims can be taken up with USPS not us. Items larger than a flat rate box must be picked up by a shipper during the designated pick up time. If they are not picked up they will be deemed abandoned. WE highly recommend contacting Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for fragile and large shipping items. Payments will be done with currency pay and charged to the credit card you registered with. If you would like to be a cash customer please contact us before the end of the auction.
Shipping is available on all coin lots. $5 packaging fee for first lot. $10 packaging fee for 2 or more lots. Packaging fee plus actual cost of USPS shipping within Insurance will be sent in a shipping invoice through Square after the auction when available. Pick up will be at Big Reds in Kilmarnock. Buyers are responsible for unhooking, and removing all items safely from the property. Buyers must bring all tools, supplies, boxes, and help needed to do so. Shipping is available in-house on items that fit in a USPS Flat rate boxes for $10 plus actual shipping cost with insurance. Items that do not fit in a flat rate box must have shipping coordinated with a third party and picked up during the designated pick up time. Shipping should be requested by emailing bigredhibid@gmail.com. We highly recommend large and fragile items be shipped by a third party shipper. We will deliver items to Jeffs Packaging in Kilmarnock for a $10 fee once you have contacted them and they have agreed to package your items.
