Payment Terms
Payment is DUE by 4:00 on Saturday, January 25th! If you need shipping, we need the 3 digit security code off the back of the card you have on file with hibid so we can get that billed and shipped. Most others just pay when you pick up your items. We accept all major credit cards and cash. No personal or business checks are accepted at this time.
If you need shipping, I need the THREE DIGIT CODE off the back of the card you have on file with hibid. I do not use their system for credit card payments therefore I will need that code so I can bill and ship your items. I will need the code even if you are a repeat buyer, the codes are never saved and are shredded as soon as the card has been processed. If you did not receive an invoice after auction end, CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER! $10 Dollar Handling Fee per Box! Handling fee is in addition to but separate from any shipping fees. We will combine all lots whenever possible. We are now using Pirate Ship which automatically compares rates between USPS and UPS and will try to use the most economical shipping possible. ALL AMMO will ship UPS Ground, so make sure you win enough to make it worthwhile! It's going to cost almost the same amount to ship four boxes of ammo as it does to ship a single box. ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING ON: Gunpowder, Primers, CO2 Cartridges, Gas Cans, Propane Cylinders or Tanks, Kerosene, Oils, Mapp Gas, Butane, Camping Stove Gas or any other flammable or potentially explosive items! Due to high volume and short staffing, shipping is usually done the week following the auction! NOTE: Some large items are not worth the cost of shipping them!
