Description |
This is our Next Liquidation Auction and with only 48 hours to bid you may think we just put in a bunch of book, and we did put in books from early to mid 1900's, or books that retail for higher amounts online, but this auction has a little bit of everything., and I know it sounds like a broken record to say, "A little bit of everything", but when your liquidating your entire stock that is exactly what it is. There will be of course your normal tools, antiques, toys, collectibles, and electronics, but there will also be reseller lots, jewelry, coins, one of a kind items, Bulk Lots and more. We always add throught the last day of auction so check back often to see what new has come in to bid on.--Thanks for looking. Auction Terms & Conditions By registering and bidding in this auction you are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditons below so please read all terms carefully.

**Our Shipping and Pickup phone line is Available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am to 3pm following auction close. The phone number to schedule your pickup or request shipping if you did not do so in auctioneer notes is located at the top of your invoice and is different than our regular office number.
1. All Items are Sold "AS IS" with no expressed warranty or guarantee of return. Depot 360 will make every effort to describe the items to the best of our knowledge using both our inspection and the description from the Estate/Consigner. To schedule a time to preview this auction before the day it closes give us a call before the final day this auction closes. It is your responsibility to inspect and determine quality, condition and value of items prior to bidding. By placing a bid on the item you are committing to purchasing the items at your bid plus applicable taxes and premiums, and will be invoiced as such. Please come by and look in person at the item, or Call (Not Email) in your questions prior to bidding as we cannot remove bids once they are placed.
2. There is a Buyers Premium of 12.5% added to total winning bids at the end of the auction. Due to an increase in Fraudulent bids if your a first time bidder then you may be limited on your max allowable bid. This will change after you have successfully bid and paid on your first auction. If you need a limit raised on a specific item that request can be made by calling our office and submitting that request.
3. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If you have Freight pick-ups or Shipping questions please email or call us ahead for arrangements prior to bidding. Shipping will be done with USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex. Shipping request must be made by calling or texting the shipping request number found at the top of your invoice by end of business Tuesday or adding the request to your registration. All items will be shipped within five business days of shipping being paid. There will be a 5.00 handling fee per order for a standard order. There will be a 10.00 per Box Handling fee for UPS or Fed-Ex. There may be additional fees for multiple box orders. Please understand that you are responsible for asking any question about shipping via email prior to bidding. Depot 360 is not responsible for damage of items during shipping, please keep this in mind when bidding on fragile items. Shipping will only ship to the address on your account, any special addresses must be made with the shipper prior to bidding. We encourage you to request insurance or signature delivery if you have any doubts as this is the only way you can be eligible for refunds. We CANNOT ship items out of the United States any longer due to high shipping costs. Please be patient with us as we are now a one person team and shipping is a lenghty process, but we will get your fairly won items to you ASAP.
4. The Auction will open for bidding on Today at 6pm PST and will begin closing at 6pm Monday January 13th in 15 second intervals. We use a soft close format on all our auctions which allows fairness in last minute bidding. If there is a bid made in the last two minutes of the auction there will be two minutes added to the end of auction for that lot only in order to give ample opportunity for bidding.
5. By placing a bid on items in the auction you commit to the purchase of that item at the price you bid. You will receive an invoice after the end of auction. Since we do not require a Credit Card to Bid we will not have your card on file so you will need to pay this either online or in person. Payment can be made at the time of pickup on Tuesday or via invoice if you pickup on Wednesday or later. Pickups must be completed either Tuesday or Wednesday any time after 1pm (Due to morning hour conflicts on most days) in the afternoon following the close of the auction by calling or texting our dedicated pickup line which will be located at the top of your invoice or in your winning bidder email, and we can meet you anytime after 1pm on location. A later pickup date or early morning is allowed to anyone who has paid there invoice by deadline or made these special times via the phone call or text. There will be Washington State and Local Sales Tax added to your invoice along with the 12.5% buyers premium. Any failure to pay the bid price is a breach of contract, and you will no longer be allowed to bid on our auctions in the future. There will be a 30% fee and any debt necessary to collect your due amount added by the collection department every 30 days if this is turned over for collections By agreeing to these terms you are accepting that your are liable for your bids and will still be required to pay your bids in full, and if not picked up within the alloted time your won items will be considered abandoned property, and you will be charged an additional 25.00 Relist/Stocking Fee. Any Chargebacks will be receive a 50.00 charge added to your final invoice, and then turned over for collections and prosecution . PICKUPS MUST BE DONE EITHER Tuesday or Wednesday anytime after 1pm BY MAKING AN APPOINTMENT VIA THE NUMBER ON THE TOP OF YOUR INVOICE or WINNING EMAIL. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THIS SCHEDULE OR REQUEST A BETTER TIME PLEASE!!!
6. Pick-Up is the sole responsibility of the buyer. WE CANNOT ASSIST WITH LOADING HEAVY ITEMS SO PLEASE BRING HELP WITH YOU TO LOAD THOSE ITEMS!! By registering you will hold Depot 360 and its staff harmless for any loss or damage occuring while on property for pickup. The buyer must bring ALL equipment and personel necessary to remove and load the won items. Please bring all boxes and packing material necessary to safely move your items. Pick-Up will be based on first come first serve by appointment only. You can schedule your appointment by calling or texting the appointment line given on your invoice upon winning . Our pickup schedule is following the close of auction. If you need a special pickup time then you must schedule that via auctioneer notes, or by calling the Scheduling number first thing after you receive your invoice. We will do everthing we can to work with you to pickup your items, but we can only help if you call or text.. All items must be picked up within the dates after the close of auction or the items will be considered Abandoned merchandise and will be resold with you being charged the 25.00 restocking fee. There is no exception to this rule. You will be responsible for all bids that occured for this auction.
7. You agree to allow us the opportunity to send an email to you about future auctions from Depot 360. If you don't want us to send those emails you can click the opt out link and let us know you wish to opt out.
8. We are dong a random draw give-away of Fifty Dollars Cash to the winning bidder we draw. The rules are as follows. On the morning following the auctions close we will have a non-bidder, non-employee randomly pick a number between the given lot numbers. The person who wins the lot that they choose will be the winner of the fifty dollars cash. This offer is not available to the family of staff members, staff member, or any current vendor of the company to avoid any appearance of bias. The winning bidder will be notified of there win via email and phone call. If the winning lot has no bid then the prize will be forwared to the next auction with 25.00 added to the pot and done again until there is a winner. Thanks for bidding, and Good Luck to you all.

You will receive an invoice after the end of the auction. Payment or Scheduled Pickup must be completed according to each lots requirement after the close of auction. We accept Credit/Debit Cards either online or in person at the time of pickup. We can accept cash at pickups as well as card. There will be a 12.5% buyers premium and Washington State Sales Tax added to your invoice. Look at your invoice or email for the new dedicated pickup line to call and leave message or text to schedule your pesonalized pickup time, and time after 1pm, or if you need ealry morning time request will be made the same way via phone call or text.

Pickups must be completed either Monday or Tuesday anytime after 1pm (SEE PICKUP SCHEDULE IN TERMS), unless you have received a special pickup time which we are willing to work with you on scheduling a time that more adapts to your schedule. Boxes pictured are for our storage purposes only. You must bring your own boxes for transport out of the warehouse. You must bring all the personel and equipment necessary to move your items as well.
