YOUNG ESTATE PERSONAL PROPERTY AUCTION

Buyer Premium 7%. This auction has an extended bidding "Soft Close" feature. When a bid is submitted in the final minutes of the auction for a lot, the bidding for that lot will be extended for an additional two minutes. This will continue until there are no longer any bids submitted for that individual lot. (Online-Only Auctions Only)

This is an internet only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. Credit cards will be billed at end of sale. 15% Buyer's Premium. 0% Sales Tax. 3.5% credit card fee. Invoices over $2500 will need to be paid via Wire Transfer. All vehicles will need to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer.

Pick-Up is only available on Saturday, December 28th, 2024 from 9am til Noon. This is the only time we have access to the property and when a skidloader will be available to help load. If you cannot pick up during this time or find someone to pick up your items for you, DO NOT BID!!!
